COACH - DEVELOPMENT 1

There is one Prerequisite for the Coach - Development 1 In-Person Clinic. You will need to complete it before you are able to access the Coach - Development 1 In-Person Clinic. The Prerequisite for Coach - Development 1 Clinic:

THE *COACH - DEVELOPMENT 1 CLINIC WILL BE DELIVERED OVER THREE SESSIONS. TWO VIRTUAL SESSIONS AND A ONE DAY IN-PERSON CLINIC.

ATTENDANCE AND COMPLETION OF ALL THREE SESSION IS MANDATORY IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE QUALIFICATION.

CLINIC DELIVERY IS AS FOLLOWS:

1) Make Ethical Decisions Training - Live Online session via Zoom

This Live Online Make Ethical Decisions clinic will be held BEFORE  the  in-person clinic date.

2) In-Person Development 1 Clinic

This is a one day In-person *Coach - Development 1 clinic . 100% attendance is required in order to receive the Qualification.

3) Virtual On-Demand Learning Module

You will have access to this module upon registration. It is recommended this module be completed BEFORE participation in the in-person *Coach - Development 1 clinic and MUST BE COMPLETED in order to receive your NCCP *Coach - Development 1 Trained qualification.

The NCCP Instructional Stream & Specialty Clinics are a series of clinics that offer coaches practical sessions on teaching skills and tactics. These 3 hour clinics are composed of in-class and on-ice sessions and are facilitated by OMHA Instructors trained by Hockey Canada
